Attack criminal syndicates to preserve public security
    In order to implement the Government's policies for preservation of public security and to protect the security of public bodies and property to wipe out criminal syndicates thoroughly, this Office enacted the "Main Points for Prosecuting Authority's Elimination of Criminal Syndicates", and established the "Supervisory Group Dedicated to Elimination of Criminal Syndicates" upon approval of the Ministry of Justice.  The district prosecutors offices throughout the nation established taskforces dedicated to implementation of elimination of criminal syndicates and identified the counterparts to be attacked and the method to implement the tasks by integrating prosecuting authorities, police authorities and investigation authorities, in the hope of targeting criminal syndicates to preserve public security.  The major tasks include:

• Strengthen functions of the organization
• Key counterparts in the elimination of criminal syndicates
• Method to implement the elimination of criminal syndicates
• Promotion of the determination to eliminate criminal syndicates
• Encouragement of the public's accusation against criminal syndicates
