  1. Criminal syndicates catching the public eyes or exaggerating through press media;
  2. Mobs or syndicates attempting to cover-up their criminal activities by taking part in elections of councilors/legislators and under the guise of civil service officers;
  3. Mobs or syndicates seeking profit through interference with political activities, economic activities, environmental protection activities and mass movements by violence;
  4. Criminal syndicates engaged in illegal activities on the stock market and demanding payment of debts through illegal means;
  5. Mobs or syndicates enrolling or taking advantage of students in schools to commit crimes;
  6. Mobs or syndicates oppressing civilians by means of public service officers or in the capacity of public servants;
