3. Mobs or syndicates seeking profit through interference with political activities, economic activities, environmental protection activities and mass movements by violence;
4. Criminal syndicates engaged in illegal activities on the stock market and demanding payment of debts through illegal means;
5. Mobs or syndicates enrolling or taking advantage of students in schools to commit crimes;
6. Mobs or syndicates oppressing civilians by means of public service officers or in the capacity of public servants;
7. Criminal syndicates illegally immigrating to Taiwan from Mainland China (commonly known as "Dai Huen Jai");
8. Mobs or syndicates across Taiwan and Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macao or other countries;
9. Mobs or syndicates seeking illegal profits under the disguise of nominally legal activities;
