Encouragement of the public’s reports against criminal syndicates

  1. District prosecutors offices, police departments of Encouragementmunicipalities directly under the jurisdiction of the Central Government and counties (cities), and the investigation divisions, stations and mobile taskforces shall install hot lines and mailboxes for accusation letters from the public against criminal syndicates;

  2. Prosecuting, police and investigating authorities shall encourage the public to provide concrete information and accuse the criminal syndicates via the mass media or assemblies.  Specific reward shall be awarded to reporters pursuant to the "Rules for Awarding of Reward for Accusation Against Syndicated Crimes".
